Juice for wellness! My son has battled several minor illnesses over the past month, so I am determined to prevent further sickness in our household. Juicing and smoothies are a great way to ensure adequate nourishment and hydration; two important components to wellness. My kids prefer homemade juice to store-bought and are more willing to try different vegetables in juices.
