Easy Pimento Cheese Biscuits

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
  • Sift flour, salt and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Add butter to dry ingredients and mix until mixture is the texture of cornmeal. Push flour mixture to side of bowl and add buttermilk, pimentos and cheese to other side of bowl. Stir flour mixture into milk/cheese mixture until the flour is mixed into milk mixture.
  • Hold dough in hand and squeeze to make a fist, letting about 1/8 to 1/4 of dough squeeze above your thumb. Place dough on lined cookie sheet and repeat until you have approximately 16 biscuits. You may need two cookie sheets depending on size and oven space. 
  • Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
