Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mango frozen chunks
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower riced
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/8 cup carrot shredded
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes optional garnish

Instructions

  • Blend mango chunks and next five ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut flakes if desired.

Notes

Mango is naturally sweet and the addition of honey can be adjusted according to your preference. 
This recipe serves one adult or two small children.
