Tropical Mango Carrot Smoothie
This kid-approved fruit and veggie smoothie is an easy, quick breakfast or snack!
- 1/2 cup mango frozen chunks
- 1/4 cup cauliflower riced
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/8 cup carrot shredded
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes optional garnish
Mango is naturally sweet and the addition of honey can be adjusted according to your preference. This recipe serves one adult or two small children.
